Xcase.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be in resalable condition (tags intact, no damage or signs of use)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened accessories or items with tampered packaging (where applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at xcase001@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions

  3. You must ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method and only if the return is approved.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xcase001@gmail.com

  • Please include photos or videos of the damaged item

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to be delivered and then initiate a return.
