  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • When your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link via email or SMS.

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select locations

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown during checkout

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the delivery status on the courier’s website.

7. Delays or Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • National or regional holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The package may be returned to us

  • You may be responsible for re-shipping charges


9. International Shipping

Currently, Xcase.in only ships within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
